Wind and solar power are helping bring electricity bills down in Europe.
A new report found that renewable energy made electricity about 25% cheaper on average in 19 countries between 2023 and 2025. In Spain, more wind and solar also meant prices were less affected by rising gas costs, especially connected to the war with Iran.
